Face aux stress liés au remboursement des créances, Sia N’Son propose quelques alternatives
La microfinance au Bénin joue un rôle important dans l’autonomisation des femmes entrepreneures. Pour les aider à démarrer et à développer leurs propres entreprises, elle offre souvent un accès à des services financiers essentiels tels que les prêts, les épargnes et les assurances aux femmes en particulier. Cependant, à l’approche du remboursement de leur créance, un stress se fait souvent ressentir chez les bénéficiaires. Face à cette situation, l’institution financière Sia N’son propose quelques alternatives aux bénéficiaires.

Lors de la récente Journée Internationale des Femmes (JIF), organisée par le groupe de presse « Le Rural » à l’occasion des Agri-Talk, notre reporter a échangé avec Angèle Tounta, une jeune entrepreneure. Pour la première fois, elle a contracté un prêt auprès de l’institution financière Sia N’son pour démarrer et développer son entreprise. À l’approche du remboursement, Angèle se posait mille questions face aux stress car le marché n’a pas été bon à son niveau. « Est-ce que je pourrai payer à temps ? Et si je n’y parviens pas, quelles seront les conséquences ? Pourquoi ai-je pris ce risque ? » se demandait elle. Angèle n’est pas la seule à ressentir cette anxiété. Quant à Grâce M’Po Tempa, également bénéficiaire des services de microfinance, va rembourser dans quelques jours son prêt dont elle n’est pas encore prête.
Sia N’Son Microfinance, consciente de ces enjeux, propose quelques alternatives aux bénéficiaires. Notre reporter a eu l’opportunité d’interviewer Sèmiou Soulé Babio, chef service exploitation au sein de ladite institution. Il nous a dévoilé les stratégies mises en place par cette structure pour faciliter les remboursements de crédits afin de faire face aux stresses liés à ce problème. Selon ses explications, Sia N’son microfinance organise par des séances de sensibilisation puis développe les thèmes sur l’utilisation efficace des moyens qu’elle met à la disposition des bénéficiaires afin qu’ils puissent réaliser efficacement l’objet du financement car « c’est quand les femmes bénéficiaires réalisent mal l’objet de financement, qu’elles rencontrent des problèmes de remboursement » a t-il expliqué. À l’en croire, cette stratégie semble être très bénéfique aux bénéficiaires. Raison pour laquelle certains sont heureux de voir l’institution à leur côté pour appréhender leurs difficultés et ensemble, voir la solution. Il importe donc de faire recours à ces alternatives afin de faire face à cette situation une fois pour toute.
